Role: Postdoctoral Research Fellow leading mechanistic studies comparing T cell–redirecting immunotherapy platforms, including bispecific TCEs and CAR T cell therapies. Responsibilities: design and execute multi-aim experiments using established reagents, cell lines, and assays; perform phenotypic and functional T cell characterization via flow cytometry, multiplex cytokine profiling, and transcriptional analysis (NanoString/scRNA-seq); collaborate with immunology, in vivo pharmacology, and bioinformatics teams. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell or Molecular Biology; strong T cell biology knowledge; authorization to work in the US. Preferred: experience with T cell engagers, CAR T platforms, cytotoxicity assays, primary human immune cell work, and advanced data analysis. HighValue: immunology, T cell biology, immunotherapy (TCEs, CAR T, mRNA-encoded CAR), mechanistic research, industry postdoctoral training, 2-year fixed-term with potential extension; embedded within Lilly’s immunology discovery team.
