In This Role, You Will
- Support immunology research advancing understanding of T Cell biology in the context of T Cell Engagers (TCEs) and CAR T Cell Therapies.
- Collaborate with immunology research, in vivo pharmacology, and bioinformatics groups.
- Perform phenotypic and functional characterization of T cells using:
- Primary human T and B cell isolation and co-culture
- Multiparameter flow cytometry
- Multiplex cytokine profiling (MSD)
- Transcriptional profiling (NanoString; potential single-cell RNA-seq)

Basic Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or related field (completed or near completion).
- Strong foundational knowledge of T cell biology.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; Lilly will not sponsor visas/work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with T cell engagers and/or CAR T cell platforms; cytotoxicity assays and mechanistic characterization.
- Hands-on primary human immune cell isolation/culture; multiparameter flow cytometry; immunoassays.
- Experience with MSD cytokine profiling; NanoString or scRNA-seq; and/or LNP-mediated mRNA delivery.
- Familiarity with regulatory T cell biology; strong communication and publication record.
- Data analysis/reporting; multidimensional flow cytometry; scRNA-seq acquisition/analysis.

Additional Information
- Fixed term: 2 years (potential to extend to 3 years; maximum up to 4). Possible to apply for full-time roles afterward.
- Anticipated wage: $58,000 - $123,200; bonus eligibility; comprehensive benefits (e.g., 401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, time off, well-being).
