Location/Type: Hybrid (Cambridge, MA or Baar, Switzerland)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee development and implementation of a 5-year PO&T Asset Strategy and maintain an 18-month rolling Tactical Plan aligned to company objectives.
- Lead the cross-functional PO&T Asset Team across PO&T Line Functions to execute the Asset Strategy/Tactical Plan.
- Serve as PO&T liaison to R&D Program teams and PDC teams to support asset(s).
- Manage conflicts related to Asset Strategy in consultation with the PO&T Governance Committee.
- Track and assess asset impacts on COGS, E&O, and OPEX; develop improvement strategies with Line Functions.
- Develop business cases for significant asset initiatives and obtain PO&T Governance Committee endorsement/approval.

Qualifications:
- BS or equivalent in Sciences/Engineering with an advanced degree (MS/PhD/MBA) preferred in a relevant biopharmaceutical discipline.
- 12+ years of experience with matrix management.
- Proven matrix leadership across full product lifecycle program teams (e.g., CMC/PO&T sub-teams).
- Alliance management experience (preferably global), including understanding of business contracts.
- Experience with CMC, supply chain, and/or LCM development from IND to NDA/BLA; strong knowledge of global registration processes.
- Healthcare/biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience; understanding of cross-functional interdependencies (R&D, commercial, technical development, regulatory).
- Strategic, organizational, relationship-building, and political skills; ability to lead/influence without authority.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Ability to identify critical program risks and develop mitigation plans.
