Role: Skilled plumber responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, installing fixtures, and ensuring compliance with safety codes. Objectives include maintaining piping networks, conducting inspections, and providing cost estimates. Responsibilities: measure, cut, assemble pipes, read blueprints, coordinate repairs, and perform routine maintenance. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license; 2+ years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing. Preferred: completion of trade school or apprenticeship; 3+ years of experience. High-Value: residential/commercial plumbing, pipe installation, repair, inspection, safety adherence. Work Setup: on-site in Tampa, FL; schedule Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm, rotating weekends, on-call as needed. Skills include safe tool use, basic computer knowledge, communication, attention to detail, physical ability to perform tasks.
