PLC/Systems Technician*

Role: PLC/Systems Technician responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing process and facility equipment in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include maintaining process controls such as PLCs, control networks, drives, motors, and pneumatic devices; interpreting control drawings and PLC logic; collaborating with engineers and technicians to optimize equipment performance; and contributing technical recommendations for process improvements. Qualifications: associate degree or higher in Automation or Controls Engineering (verified prior to start or within 6 months); 5+ years of electrical controls systems maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing, with expertise in Allen Bradley controls and drives, Windows systems, and automation technology. High-Value: manufacturing, process controls, PLC troubleshooting, Allen Bradley controls, industrial automation, manufacturing technology, and process optimization. Work setup: located in Menomonie, WI, with up to 5% travel; no relocation assistance. Salary range: $38.73-$41.64 per hour.
