Role: PLC Controls Electrician focusing on industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. Objectives: ensure electrical systems, drives, and control equipment operate reliably and efficiently. Responsibilities: work with analog/digital AC/DC drives, calibrations, HMIs, and update electrical diagrams; troubleshoot and maintain electrical circuits, PLC logic, and process instrumentation; perform preventive and predictive maintenance on Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens control systems; utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multi-meters; improve manufacturing processes through equipment upgrades. Qualifications: high school diploma or associate degree in electrical/electronic disciplines or 5+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting in industrial settings; proficiency in reading and updating electrical diagrams; experience with control system technology and maintenance management systems preferred. High-Value: industrial electrical experience, process instrumentation, control systems (Rockwell, Siemens), preventive/predictive maintenance, safety and compliance (National Electric Code). Work setup: manufacturing plant, with work hours including weekends, overtime, and rotating shifts. Travel: minimal or none specified.
