Platform Delivery Lead, Data & AI

Role: Platform Delivery Lead in Data & AI for Gilead's enterprise AI strategy, overseeing the development and delivery of foundational data and AI platform products to accelerate therapeutic discovery and development. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end platform delivery—covering architecture, development, and operations—building scalable, reusable capabilities on AWS and Databricks, and enabling AI service deployment; lead hybrid teams of engineers and vendors; define standards, monitor platform performance, and ensure integration within the broader AI ecosystem.
