Plasma Processing Technician

Role: Plasma sample collection technician responsible for sampling, testing, shipping, and storage in a biopharma setting. Objectives: Ensure plasma units are collected, labeled, stored, and shipped accurately and per SOPs, maintaining product quality and safety. Responsibilities: perform sterile collection using proper techniques, verify labels, monitor temperature controls, calibrate equipment, record donor data electronically, and adhere to health and safety policies. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in laboratory or warehouse environments preferred; basic math skills. HighValue: supporting hyper immune programs or plasma collection for biopharma, working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to hazardous materials, requiring manual dexterity and physical stamina. Collaboration: reports to Assistant Center Manager; may be cross-trained in other areas. WorkSetup: primarily on-site with possible extended hours, physical tasks, and safety protocols.
