Role: Perform medical screening, assessment, and emergency care for plasma donors in a regulated collection center. Objectives: Ensure donor eligibility, promote safety, and maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards. Responsibilities: Conduct health assessments, review test results, manage immunization programs, provide emergency care, and handle donor counseling and informed consent. Maintain accurate electronic records, ensure a safe environment, and oversee immunization protocols. Qualifications: Active state licensure in paramedicine, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, naturopathic, or medical degree; minimum one year healthcare or clinical experience; experience in blood/plasma collection is preferred. High-Value: Medical screening and donor suitability, immunization management, emergency response, regulated environment experience, and documentation accuracy.
