Plasma Processing Technician

Role: Responsible for sampling, testing, storing, and shipping plasma units in a biopharma setting, ensuring compliance with SOPs and product quality standards. Responsibilities: accurately collect and label plasma samples, manage storage conditions, monitor equipment, record donor data, and prepare shipments. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality; may be cross-trained and bilingual. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in laboratory or warehouse environment preferred; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions, perform manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment. High-Value: Plasma collection and processing, quality control, SOP compliance, handling blood borne pathogens, and working in a regulated environment. Work Setup: Ability to work overtime, extended hours, and in conditions requiring PPE; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform manual dexterity tasks.
