Plasma Processing Technician (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for sampling, testing, shipping, and storage of donor plasma, ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards. Responsibilities: accurately collect and label plasma samples, operate sterile techniques, monitor storage conditions, document donor data, prepare shipments, and ensure safety and cleanliness. May support center policies on hyper immune programs and perform cross-training. Requirements: high school diploma; at least 3 months experience in a lab or warehouse environment preferred; basic math skills; ability to follow instructions; physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive setting with PPE use.
