Plasma Processing Technician

Role: Plasma sampling and processing technician ensuring accurate collection, labeling, storage, and shipping of plasma units in compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities: perform sterile sampling using heat sealing, verify label accuracy, monitor and record temperature data, calibrate equipment, and document donor information. Maintain a clean, safe environment, ensure proper storage, and handle shipments per protocols. May assist across functions and support hyper immune program policies. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 3 months experience in lab or warehouse environment preferred; basic math skills. High-Value: role involves plasma collection for biopharma applications, ensures sample integrity and compliance, supports hyper immune programs if applicable, and adheres to HSE and OSHA policies. Work setup: physical tasks in a fast-paced environment with exposure to hazardous chemicals, blood-borne pathogens, and variable temperatures; may require overtime, extended hours, and use of PPE; bilingual skills may be advantageous.
