Plasma Processing Technician

Role: Responsible for sampling, testing, shipping, and storage of plasma units in a biopharma setting, ensuring product quality and compliance with SOPs. Responsibilities include verifying labels, maintaining sterile techniques, monitoring storage conditions, recording donor data, and ensuring documentation accuracy. May assist with shipping and disposal processes, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months laboratory or warehouse experience preferred; basic math skills. High-Value: Focused on plasma collection for hyperimmune programs, with tasks supporting biomanufacturing or clinical supply chain operations. Work setup: Typically on-site with potential for extended hours and overtime; physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds; exposure to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures, and blood-borne pathogens; PPE required.
