Responsibilities encompass monitoring storage conditions, recording donor data, and ensuring safety and confidentiality. Qualifications: High school diploma; minimum 3 months laboratory or warehouse experience preferred; basic math skills. High-Value: Biopharma focus on plasma collection, sample integrity, cold chain management, and regulatory compliance; potential involvement in hyperimmune programs. Work setup: Fast-paced environment with hands-on tasks, possible overtime, PPE required, physical activity up to 100% standing/walking, occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; work may involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and extreme temperatures.
