Role: Medical Professional responsible for donor evaluation, immunizations, emergency care, and maintaining donor suitability in a plasma collection setting. Responsibilities: conduct medical histories, health assessments, and laboratory result reviews; respond to medically related questions; manage immunization programs; handle emergencies; explain informed consent; ensure accurate documentation; promote safety and confidentiality; oversee immunization schedules and antibody testing; maintain compliance with SOPs and health regulations. Requirements: active licensure from a paramedic, nursing, physician assistant, chiropractic, naturopathic, or medical school; minimum one year of healthcare or clinical experience; experience preferred in plasma or blood collection environments; ability to perform physical assessments; excellent communication skills, possibly bilingual.
