Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least three months' experience in a laboratory or warehouse environment preferred; basic math skills required. High-Value: Focused on plasma collection for biopharma applications, supporting hyperimmune programs; involves working in a regulated environment with exposure to blood-borne pathogens, hazardous chemicals, and extreme temperatures. Work setup: Fast-paced, manual dexterity-intensive environment requiring extended hours and PPE use.
