Role Summary
Plasma Phlebotomist at Kamada Plasma. Join our Beaumont Specialty Plasma Center to collect plasma from donors with safety, accuracy, and efficiency, supported by a team focused on donor care and life-saving therapies.
Responsibilities
- Collect plasma from donors following established protocols and safety standards.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures with attention to documentation and data entry.
- Maintain a positive, professional donor experience through interpersonal communication.
Qualifications
- Required: High school diploma or GED.
- Required: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, preferably in a plasma setting.
- Required: Proficient with computers for data entry and electronic records.
- Preferred: Strong attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; adaptability; problem-solving; composure under pressure; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
