Plant Utilities Technician (Nights)

Role: Plant Utilities Technician at Regeneron, supporting facility infrastructure through operation, maintenance, and monitoring of plant utility systems. Responsibilities: maintain boilers, cooling towers, water treatment, natural gas, wastewater systems; respond to BAS alarms; perform preventative maintenance; coordinate repairs with vendors; document equipment activities; collaborate with departments and contractors. Requirements: AAS in Engineering or related field; 2+ to 8+ years of experience depending on level; knowledge of high-pressure boilers, chemical handling, and steam; experience in large-scale utilities is preferred; willingness to participate in on-call rotations. High-Value: facility utilities operations, boiler/water treatment, cleanroom gowning, physical endurance for shift work, and experience in regulated, GxP environments. WorkSetup: onsite in Rensselaer, NY, Wednesday-Saturday, 2:00 pm-12:30 am, with initial training 7:00 am-3:30 pm; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and cleanroom gowning.
