Plant Engineering Supervisor*

Role: Plant Engineering Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, equipment effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities: supervise maintenance personnel, schedule and direct maintenance tasks, lead safety investigations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and manage support functions like custodial and facilities. Qualifications: Associate Degree or higher with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience; leadership experience and certifications such as CMRP or CRE are preferred. High-Value: manufacturing, maintenance, safety leadership, regulatory compliance (OSHA, MSHA), and technical supervision in a plant setting, with travel up to 10%, based in Menomonie, WI.
