Plant Engineering Sr Supervisor (Nevada, MO)

Role: Plant Engineering Senior Supervisor responsible for leading maintenance and facilities operations at the Nevada plant, fostering safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance, implement asset management and reliability frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, supply chain, EHS, HR, operations), lead and develop the plant engineering team, and oversee capital planning and maintenance activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of plant maintenance or manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military settings; or an Associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Supervisory experience of at least 2 years required. Skills: strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, leadership, and strategic planning.
