Plant Biology Co-op

Role: R&D Plant Biology Co‑op supporting greenhouse and growth chamber plant research workflows within Bayer’s Crop Science division. Responsibilities: design and conduct plant biology experiments, collect and analyze data, document research methods and results, interpret findings, and communicate reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams, following operational standards, safety, and compliance protocols. Requirements: enrolled in a US university pursuing MS or PhD in Biology, Agronomy, or Biotechnology; strong plant physiology and horticulture skills; hands-on experience in greenhouse or field research; ability to independently plan, execute, and interpret experiments.
