Planner II

Role: Planner II supporting systems and hardware product lines in biopharma manufacturing, focusing on production planning, scheduling, and materials management to meet customer demand and optimize supply chain performance. Responsibilities: manage planning activities, adjust schedules based on demand, coordinate materials and assembly readiness, respond to expedite requests, analyze supply chain metrics, identify risks, and participate in SIOP processes. Maintain SAP MRP activities, generate analytics, and drive KPIs such as OTIF and backorder reduction. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; 3+ years in supply chain or production planning; experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP PP/MRP; strong analytical and communication skills; proficiency in Excel, with additional tools like PowerPoint or Tableau a plus. Preferred: APICS/CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, or capacity planning knowledge.
