Pioneering Medicines: Associate Director / Director DMPK Project Lead

Role: DMPK project lead supporting biologics portfolio, including monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, and fusion proteins, across discovery and development stages. Responsibilities: provide scientific and strategic guidance on PK, bioanalysis, and immunogenicity; design and interpret preclinical in vitro and in vivo studies; collaborate on candidate selection, toxicology planning, and regulatory submissions; oversee CRO interactions; and contribute to process improvements. Requirements: PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, or related field with 8+ years (PhD), 12+ (MS), or 14+ (BS) years of relevant industry experience; proven expertise in biologics DMPK, bioanalysis, and immunogenicity; familiarity with regulatory expectations; strong communication and leadership skills; experience managing external vendors.
