Physician Substitute (Seeking EMT As)

Role: Physician Substitute supporting plasma collection operations, focusing on donor safety, eligibility assessments, and emergency response. Responsibilities: perform medical evaluations, monitor vital signs, manage adverse reactions, administer immunizations, and maintain accurate medical records; collaborate with the Center Physician and Quality Manager on complex cases; ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; medical license (EMT A, LPN, LVN, RN, BSN); CPR/AED certification; preferred plasma experience in a physician substitute role; proficiency in electronic data management; strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; physical ability to work around blood products.
