Responsibilities encompass delivering both group and individual training, updating training materials, acting as a compliance resource, and assisting during high-volume periods, possibly traveling to client sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of phlebotomy experience across all age groups; strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills; ability to travel within territory; proficient in Microsoft Office; valid driver's license and passing a color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ year experience in employee training and people leadership.
