Phlebotomy Trainee

Role: Entry-level Phlebotomy Trainee supporting patient specimen collection and related clinical operations at Labcorp's Bellevue, WA location. Objectives: Complete paid phlebotomy training within 30 days, gain hands-on collection experience, and prepare for Washington State Phlebotomist licensure. Responsibilities: assist with patient check-in and registration, schedule appointments, collect and prepare specimens, verify test orders, and manage patient interactions and data entry. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; excellent customer service and communication skills; proficiency in computer and data entry; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: 1+ year of patient care and 2+ years of customer service experience; knowledge of medical terminology.
