Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 3+ years of phlebotomy experience; preferred 5+ years and 3+ years leadership. Certifications from accredited agencies or completion of recognized training required if experience is lacking. Skills include in-depth phlebotomy expertise, strong communication, customer service, and ability to work independently or in teams.
