Phlebotomy Supervisor

Role: Phlebotomy Supervisor overseeing patient service centers and physician's offices, leading a team of over 25 phlebotomists to ensure operational efficiency and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: manage staff scheduling, monitor productivity, handle patient flow and specimen collection, coordinate site setup, and address patient/client issues; collaborate with HR on staffing and employee relations. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or 2+ years of experience as a phlebotomist; proven leadership with 3+ years supervising direct reports preferred. High-Value: leadership in laboratory/phlebotomy operations, experience with patient service centers, and possibly prior LabCorp experience. Work setup: office-based with travel to sites in Peabody MA, Danvers, Middleton, Lynn, and Newburyport; flexible schedule with overtime as needed.
