Phlebotomy Supervisor

Role: Phlebotomy Supervisor overseeing a team of over 25 phlebotomists in patient service centers and physician offices. Primary objectives include managing patient flow, operational tasks, staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities encompass performance monitoring, handling patient/client issues, specimen collection, and site setup. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; preferred 2+ years as a supervisor and as a phlebotomist; proven customer service skills, strong communication, independent work capability, reliable transport, and ability to pass color blindness tests. High-Value: leadership in blood collection services, operational management within diagnostic labs, travel to multiple sites, and experience in a healthcare or clinical environment. Work setup: field-based with regional travel, Monday–Friday schedule.
