Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture and capillary draws, monitoring productivity and compliance, managing inventory, addressing customer issues, and executing administrative tasks like data entry and billing. Requirements: Valid Washington State Phlebotomy License (or pending application), 1+ year of phlebotomy experience, strong communication skills, and customer service orientation.
