Role: Phlebotomy Site Coordinator responsible for overseeing Patient Service Centers' operations, coordinating staff, and performing blood collection and specimen processing. Responsibilities include managing patient flow, ensuring compliance, addressing customer issues, and administrative duties like billing and data entry. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience; preferred 3+ years, with certification from an accredited agency if less experienced. High-value: clinical specimen collection, diverse patient age groups, specimen processing, customer service, process management, and potential site travel. Work setup: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm, rotating weekends; travel to additional sites as needed.
