Phlebotomy Site Coordinator

Role: Phlebotomy Site Coordinator responsible for specimen collection, patient flow management, and administrative tasks at a Nashville, TN site. Objectives: ensure efficient operations, high-quality blood collection, compliance, and customer service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections, monitor patient flow/inventory, manage reports, address customer issues, and support team communication. Qualifications: high school diploma, at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience; preferred: 2+ years' experience, team leadership, phlebotomy certification. High-Value: specimen collection for diagnostic testing, data entry, billing, and specimen processing; minimal supervision and independent work; travel to additional sites as needed.
