Phlebotomy Floater/Trainer

Role: Float Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites in Tallahassee, FL, providing flexible coverage and customer service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all ages, process specimens, enter data accurately, handle billing and payments, maintain logs, and support administrative tasks; travel to different locations as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, customer service orientation, ability to work independently, pass color blindness test, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation; minimum age 21. Preferred qualifications: experienced in phlebotomy, proven customer service skills.
