Phlebotomy Floater

Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection across multiple sites, performing venipuncture and specimen processing. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency, minimum 2 years of experience; preferred 5+ years. Qualifications include strong communication, customer service skills, ability to work independently, pass a color blindness test, and valid driver’s license. Work setup: primarily on-site in Tucker, GA, with travel to additional sites; schedule varies between 7:30 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays.
