Phlebotomist Team Lead

Role: Lead phlebotomy operations across multiple sites, supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining service quality. Responsibilities: oversee daily patient flow, conduct site inspections, train staff, manage schedules, address customer issues, and perform phlebotomy duties as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience; valid driver’s license; pass color blindness test.
