Phlebotomist Rover

Role: Phlebotomist in a clinical diagnostic setting, responsible for specimen collection, processing, and ensuring quality data entry. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, collect various samples (drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests), accurately document patient info, process specimens for testing, and provide excellent customer service. Also includes administrative tasks and potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy (or 3+ months experience), proven customer service skills, strong communication, and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of phlebotomy experience. Additional standards: pass color blindness test, flexible schedule, and ability to work independently. Work setup: primarily in Patient Service Centers or client offices with potential overtime and travel.
