Phlebotomist-Rover

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and data entry at Labcorp's Newark and Glenridge locations. Objectives: deliver accurate, efficient blood draws and specimen handling, ensuring high-quality patient service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages, process and prepare specimens, maintain logs, and provide exceptional customer service; support administrative tasks and travel as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, minimum of 2 years phlebotomy experience or certified training from an accredited agency; strong communication skills, customer service orientation, reliability, and ability to work independently. Preferred: 3+ years of experience.
