Phlebotomist Rover

Role: Phlebotomist Rover Overnight performing blood collection and specimen processing in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: conduct venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, handle lab specimens, ensure accurate data entry, process billing, and provide excellent customer service. May require traveling to additional sites; perform administrative duties as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 6+ months of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency. Preferred: prior Labcorp experience, strong communication skills, and customer service record. HighValue: specimen collection for drug screens and tests, data accuracy, customer care, flexibility to work overnight shifts, and potential participation in performance incentives. WorkSetup: primarily on-site in Overland Park, KS, with travel as needed, working Monday–Friday 12am–8am, including rotating weekends.
