Phlebotomist- Orlando, FL

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and providing excellent patient service within a Patient Service Center. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all age groups, collect various specimens (drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests), accurately enter patient data, process specimens, and handle administrative tasks. May require travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency, or 3 months of phlebotomy experience; ability to pass a color blindness test; flexibility for overtime; strong communication and customer service skills; reliable transportation. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. HighValue: emphasis on specimen collection skills, patient interaction, and administrative accuracy. WorkSetup: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm, rotating Saturdays; some travel involved.
