Phlebotomist-Floater-Tampa

Role: Phlebotomist providing specimen collection and customer service in a Patient Service Center. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all ages, handle specimen processing, data entry, billing, and administrative duties; ensure specimen quality and maintain logs; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or 3+ months of phlebotomy experience; strong customer service, communication skills, ability to work independently, pass color blindness test, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, working with diverse patient populations, specimen processing, data management, and billing; flexible schedule, some travel. Work setup: variable shifts (6:00 AM–4:00 PM), rotating Saturdays; travel may be required.
