Role: Phlebotomist providing specimen collection and customer service at a Patient Service Center. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections across all ages, process specimens, manage patient and specimen data, handle billing and payments, and support administrative tasks; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid phlebotomy certification or training from an accredited agency, or 3+ months of experience; strong customer service, communication skills, ability to work independently, pass color blindness test, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
