Phlebotomist Floater

Role: Float Phlebotomist supporting multiple Labcorp sites in Illinois and Indiana, performing blood draws and specimen collection for diverse tests. Responsibilities: conduct venipuncture and capillary collections, process specimens, accurately input patient data, handle billing, and provide excellent customer service. May perform administrative tasks and travel between sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification in phlebotomy or ≥3 months experience; valid driver’s license; pass color blindness test; at least 21 years old. Preferred: 2+ years of phlebotomy experience; proven customer service skills; strong communication; ability to work independently and in teams; flexibility for overtime; reliable transportation.
