Phlebotomist Floater

Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and customer service across multiple sites. Objectives: ensure accurate specimen collection and data entry, maintain specimen logs, and provide high-quality patient interactions. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen prep, billing support, and administrative tasks; travel to additional clinics as needed. Qualifications: high school diploma or GED, minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience or accredited certification, strong communication, and customer service skills. Preferred: 3+ years of experience; ability to work independently and flexibly, with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and pass a color blindness test.
