Phlebotomist floater

This role is a Float Phlebotomist position responsible for performing blood draws via venipuncture and capillary techniques across multiple sites, with a focus on collecting specimens for diagnostics, drug screens, and other tests. Core responsibilities include specimen processing, data entry, billing, maintaining logs, and delivering high-quality customer service, with occasional administrative duties and travel between locations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency, and strong communication skills. Preferred qualifications include over 3 years of experience and proven customer service excellence. The position emphasizes flexibility, independence, and the ability to work under minimal supervision, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
