Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection across multiple sites in Birmingham, AL, supporting diagnostic testing and specimen processing. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, billing, and delivering exceptional patient service, with administrative duties and site travel. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, 2+ years of phlebotomy experience or accredited training/certification; proven customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently; valid driver’s license; 21+ years old.
