Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for venipuncture and specimen collection across multiple sites in Atlanta, GA. Objectives include providing accurate blood draws, specimen processing, and delivering high-quality patient service. Responsibilities encompass specimen collection, data entry, billing, and specimen preparation, with travel between sites as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency, minimum 3 years of experience; preferred 5+ years. Skills include excellent communication, customer service, independence, and adaptability. Additional standards involve passing a color blindness test, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
