Phlebotomist Floater

Role: Float Phlebotomist supporting multiple Labcorp sites in WI, performing blood draws and specimen collection across patient age groups. Responsibilities include specimen processing, data entry, billing, and providing high-quality patient service, with flexibility to travel between locations. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong customer service, communication skills; ability to work independently and pass color blindness test; valid driver’s license. Preferred: Proven customer service record; teamwork, flexibility, and reliability.
