Phlebotomist Float Specialist

Role: Float phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing across multiple sites, providing high-quality patient service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture/capillary draws for all ages, handle diverse tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), accurately enter patient data, process specimens, and assist with administrative tasks. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification, training, or 6+ months experience; valid driver’s license, clean record, ability to pass color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently and flexibly, including overtime; comfortable working across multiple sites with travel.
