Phlebotomist Float Full Time

Role: Float Phlebotomist providing blood collection services across multiple locations, supporting diagnostic testing and specimen processing. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws for all ages, collect various specimen types, accurately enter patient data, process specimens for testing, and provide excellent customer service. Also includes administrative duties and travel between sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 6+ months of phlebotomy experience from an accredited agency; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments; pass color blindness test; strong communication and customer service skills; flexibility for overtime and travel.
