Phlebotomist - Float

Role: Phlebotomist Float providing blood collection services across multiple sites in South Burlington, VT, with a focus on diverse patient populations. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws, handle specimen processing, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver excellent customer service; travel between locations as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy certification or minimally 3 months experience; preferred 1+ year of phlebotomy. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, working with all age groups, specimen handling, data entry, customer service, and travel. Work setup: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; flexibility to work overtime; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
